Who Are We
Jodie Richards Yacht Recruitment is a bespoke international Superyacht Recruitment agency based in the UK. I have 25 years experience in the maritime industry. Eleven years experience as a yacht chef and crew on Superyachts. I previously joint owned a yacht recruitment agency. In the last few years I took some time out to concentrate on my three young children whilst their father worked away on a Superyacht.
I am returning to my love of yacht recruitment and I bring with it my years of industry knowledge. I aim to place the right crew on the right yacht with a personal bespoke service.
